Reclaimed three eighteen

Little Children, let us not love in word or talk, but in deed and in truth. 1 John 3:18

The vision of the Reclaimed three eighteen ministry is to bring salt and light to our local foster community by being the hands and feet of Jesus to those involved.  Our goal is to mobilize the local faith community to prepare, support and help lighten the burden of foster families and agency workers so that they are better equipped to love and care for the families involved in foster care in our community.  This will be accomplished through God's grace, uniting the faith community and providing hope where there once was none.

Foster Closet

The Foster Closet is a place where Foster Families, DFS agency workers and others can come to meet the physical needs of any child in foster care.  Many times children are placed in homes with only the clothes on their backs.  The foster closet is stocked with clothing, shoes, and winter items for all ages and sizes so that kids can have things to call their own in their new homes.  We also provide diapers and small baby furniture to help families with infants get a good start.

Donations of new or very gently used clothing are welcome when needed.

Please call the church office if you have donations.

Foster Parent resource and support group

Join with a community of people who are on this foster and/or adoptive journey with you!  The group meets the second Thursday of each month beginning March 14th, 2019.  Dinner will be served at 6:30 with a speaker and discussion to follow.  Our goal is to address topics that foster parents may struggle with to help support them and the children that they care for. Our hope is to provide support, learning and growth as a foster care community so that you don't have to walk this journey alone.

Anyone who is a foster or adoptive caregiver or those considering foster or adoption are encouraged to attend.

You may register for the group here so that we know who to prepare for.
