Tim was born in North Carolina, which he endearingly calls, “the motherland”. Being the son of a pastor, he lived in several locations as a kid, mostly in North Carolina. He graduated high school there in 1989, the same year he moved out to Wyoming. His wife Jill is a Montana native, born and raised in Billings, where she graduated from West High in 1990. They have 3 daughters, Sierra, Madison, & Sophe.
Tim graduated from Northwest College (Powell) with an AA in Religious Studies and from the University of Wyoming with a BA in Social Science/History. He is currently finishing his masters with Reformed Theological Seminary in Charlotte, NC. He loves spending time with his wife & three girls. His favorite pastimes are being in the Wyoming outdoors, fly-fishing, and hunting, as well as backpacking in the Bighorn & Beartooth Mountains.
Tim is passionate to see Jesus exalted in this church and in our community. His desire is that we all become the “light and salt” to the world that Jesus has called us to be. He is determined, by God’s grace, to see that Christ and the gospel remains the centerpiece of New Life Church.

From a young age, Amy knew that she was designed to work with children. She pursued her BA in Elementary Education from the University of Wyoming at Casper College. It was in Casper that she met her husband, Reece. Shortly after graduation, they moved back to Cody to raise their family. Amy has taught in both preschool and public schools where she has had many opportunities to build relationships while learning and growing with the children and families in her classrooms. Reece, Amy and their two girls, Keegan and Gracie Lu, decided to move just down the road to Powell in 2006 and love to live and serve in this community.
Amy is passionate about partnering with parents to lay a foundation of faith in our children, helping them to foster a personal relationship with Jesus, while encouraging them to live a life full of God's grace and love. It is through these personal relationships that our children can find the strength to withstand the daily pressures of their world while shining for Jesus.

Kristin Startin has lived in Wyoming since 1994 and loves all that this beautiful state has to offer: hiking, snowshoeing, kayaking, etc. She obtained an undergraduate degree in social work in 2000, a master’s degree in social work in 2002, and a certification in biblical counseling in 2017. She and her husband live in Powell and have two children, Norah and Finnegan.
Kristin is passionate about offering hope and help through God's word so that the problems of life can be handled in a Biblically obedient and God glorifying manner as described in 2 Peter 1:3. "His divine power has granted to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of Him who called us to his own glory and excellence."

Jessi is a Wyoming-born and raised gal, soaking up all this great state has to offer: raspberry picking, snowmobiling, and hiking. When she isn't found in the mountains or traveling, she spends the work days around Park County for the Department of Family Services.
She graduated from Evangel University - Central Bible College in Missouri with a B.A. in Pastoral Ministries and Minor in English & Bible in 2009. After church planting in a small farming community with a team of students in college, the mountains of Red Lodge, Montana called her closer to home and church planting again with her former youth pastors. More recently, she 'struggled' through a church revitalization on the island of Orange Beach, Alabama with white sandy beaches, miles of Gulf shoreline, and unlimited fresh seafood....
Back to Wyoming, she has spent the last couple years working to bridge the gap between the Wyoming foster care system and networking with churches to reach families in a 'tough spot', bringing Jesus Christ to them wherever they are, because 'nothing in all creation will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.'
